O R D E R

% 03.10.2016 By an order dated 20.09.2016, Justice Anil Kumar (Retd), a former Judge of this Court was proposed to be appointed as an Arbitrator and the matter was deferred for obtaining the necessary disclosure under Section 12 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereafter 'the Act').

Justice Anil Kumar (Retd), has since made the said disclosure. There is no objection to his appointment. Accordingly, he is appointed as an Arbitrator in terms of the order dated 20.09.2016. The fees of the arbitration shall be fixed in terms of Schedule IV of the Act. The parties are at liberty to approach the Arbitrator for fixing the preliminary hearing.

The petition stands disposed of.
