CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE S.P.GARG
O R D E R
% 15.12.2016 CRL.M.A.No.19120/2016 1.
Instant application has been filed for waiver of costs imposed vide order dated 13.05.2016.
2.
I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. The FIR pertains to the year 2011 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC.
The parties, however, settled the dispute on 26.04.2013 and the petition for quashing of the FIR was allowed subject to deposit of `20,000/- as costs in the Prime Minister Relief Fund within two weeks.
Surprisingly, the petitioners have not complied with the order to deposit the costs `20,000/- within two weeks so far.
No sufficient reasons have been given for not complying with the order or to move this Court for waiver of the costs.
CRL.M.C. 5232/2015
3.
Considering the conduct of the petitioners in non-compliance of the order for so long, no sufficient ground to consider the present application for waiver of costs. It is dismissed. 4.
The petitioners shall comply with the order positively within two weeks.
