% 30.11.2016 This Court notes the order passed by this Court on 0.9.92016. This Court notes that the demolition order passed by the Competent Authority had been stayed by the ATMCD and it has been informed that the matter is yet pending before the ATMCD and the next date fixed is some time in February, 2017. The stay is still operating against the aforenoted property. The petitioner is aggrieved by the illegal/unauthorized construction which had been permitted at property No.A-42, Krishna Park, Devli Road, Khanpur, New Delhi as also at property No.A-44, Krishna Park, Devli Road, Khanpur, New Delhi. The demolition order has been passed but as noted supra has

since been stayed.

This petition is disposed of with liberty granted to the respondent no.1 to take steps in terms of the order passed by the ATMCD.
