Counsel for the appellant states that during the pendency of the present appeal, the parties have arrived at a settlement whereunder, a fresh lease deed has been executed by the respondents in favour of the appellant in respect of the subject premises for a period of three years and the rent has been fixed @ Rs.12,000/- per month. Sh. B.L.Walia, the representative of the respondents confirms the aforesaid fact that the parties have arrived at a settlement.
