% 30.01.2018 The mediation settlement dated 13.7.2017 is already on record indicating that a settlement has been arrived between the petitioner and respondent No.2.

Learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that in terms of the said settlement a sum of Rs.2.00 lakhs has already been paid to respondent No.2 and only Rs.1.00 lakh is to be paid at the time of quashing of the FIR No.1215/2014 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC. There is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner today and there was appearance on behalf of the petitioner even on 18.12.2017. The petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
