Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he filed this bail application after the rejection of bail application by learned ASJ vide order dated 15.12.2015 observing that investigation was at a crucial stage. 2.

Now the charge sheet has been filed on 16.01.2016 and he seeks leave to withdraw this bail application with liberty to approach the learned Trial Court for the relief.
