Vide the present petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.907/2015 registered at Police Station Shahbad Dairy, New Delhi, for the offences punishable under Sections 448/511/506/420/468/471/34 IPC. 2.

For the same relief, the petitioner earlier filed Bail Application No.2015/2015, however, the same was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 16.12.2015.

The present petition has been filed on the ground that document dated 17.08.2015 was a genuine one and the certified copy thereof was received by him from Kanoongo, Office of Tehsildar Headquarters, Tis Hazari,

Delhi, on 18.12.2015, which is annexed as Annexure-3 at page No.42 of the paper book.

On perusal of the aforesaid two documents, i.e., 18.12.2015 and 17.08.2015, it is established that both these documents are not same. Therefore, I am not inclined to pass any order in this petition. 5.

Accordingly, the present petition alongwith pending application stands dismissed.
