The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.282/2015 registered under Sections 354/354B/323/34 IPC at PS Chandni Mahal. Status report is on record. 2.
I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. By an order dated 05.01.2016, the petitioner was granted interim protection and was directed to join the investigation as and when required. Undisputedly, the petitioner has joined the investigation since then. Co-accused Shama Naaz was also granted interim protection by the Co-ordinate Bench on 18.12.2015 in Bail Application 2739/2015. The parties are related to each other. A crosscase has been registered vide FIR No.310/2015 under Sections 323/354/354B/380/506/34 IPC at PS Chandni Mahal on 30.11.2015 on the statement of Shama Naaz - wife of the petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is granted anticipatory bail and in the event of arrest, he be released on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 40,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating officer. He shall, however, join the investigation as and when required.

The bail application stands disposed of.
