% 20.11.2017 CCP(O) 85/2016 The defendants have filed a compliance affidavit dated 24th October, 2017. In the said affidavit, it has been stated that M/s Dole Foods Private Limited has been struck off from the ROC record and it is no more in business.

In view of the aforesaid statement, the present contempt petition stands disposed of. However, the defendant is directed to comply with the judgement and order dated 05th October, 2016 in its letter and spirit. It is clarified that any violation of the same shall be dealt with sternly.
