Without getting into this dispute, it is directed that since, according to the judgement debtor/defendant, there is no settlement and no decree has been passed, the suit is liable to be revived. Accordingly, C.S. (OS) No.3611/2014 is revived. List the suit on 31.03.2016 before this Court. The file of this Ex. Pet. No.512/2015 be tagged along with the suit file. The defendant shall personally remain present in court on the next date. Petition stands disposed of.
