The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.710/2015 registered under Sections 354/354A/354B/354C/354D IPC at PS Roop Nagar, Delhi. Status report is on record.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. By an order dated 23.12.2015, the petitioner was granted interim protection and was directed to join the investigation as and when required. Undisputedly, the petitioner has joined the investigation since then. The petitioner and the prosecutrix are related to each other. He is the victim's father-in-law and is aged around 72 years.
The alleged incident of molestation took place long before. However, the victim did not lodge the FIR promptly. There is dispute over disconnection of electricity and water supply. BAIL APPLN. 2808/2015

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is granted anticipatory bail and in the event of arrest, he be released on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 40,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating officer. He shall, however, join the investigation as and when required.

The bail application stands disposed of.
