Present revision petition has been filed by the State to challenge the legality of an order dated 11.09.2015 of learned Addl. Sessions Judge whereby respondents No.1 to 3 were discharged of the offence under Section 3(I)(X) of SC/ST Act. The petition is contested by the respondents.

Since the FIR No.314/2012 in question has been quashed in Crl.M.C. 552/2017 today in this Court after settlement between the parties, the present revision petition filed against the impugned order by State has become infructuous and is disposed of as such. S.P.GARG, J.
