Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the objection of respondent no. 1 - Government of NCT of Delhi that the petitioner has an alternate remedy by way of an appeal under Section 111 of the Electricity Act, 2003, he has instruction to withdraw the present writ petition. The petitioner is also present in person before us. 2.
In view of the above, this writ petition and pending applications are dismissed as withdrawn.
