W.P. (C) No.12315/2015 & C.M. Appl. No.32681/2015 The petitioner has assailed order dated 16.12.2015 passed by Joint Commissioner of Police (Licensing Unit), Delhi whereby the application of the petitioner for grant of license was closed. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner moved an application for grant of license to run a guest house in the name of

Athena Grand, which was processed. Thereafter, the petitioner moved an application for change of name on 08.06.2015. He also submits that the respondent has closed the application without any reason. However, the petition has been filed by M/s. Athena Motels Pvt. Ltd. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition as well as application with liberty to file fresh petition.

As prayed, the petition as well as application are dismissed as withdrawn.
