% 06.01.2016 The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking directions to respondent to decide the application of the petitioner dated 19.01.2015. The petitioner has also challenged order dated 12.01.2015 passed by respondent whereby the application of the petitioner for grant of permission to display advertisement at Unit No.1, Plot No.2, 3rd Floor, Nehru Place, Delhi has been rejected.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had filed a petition bearing W.P.(C) No.7763/2015 which was disposed of on 24.01.2015. He also submits that in the said petition, learned counsel for respondent submitted that application of the petitioner dated 19.01.2015 will be decided within a period of two weeks but the said application has not been decided so far.

Mr. Mukesh Gupta, Advocate appearing on behalf of respondent on advance notice submits that the application of the petitioner dated 19.01.2015 has been rejected vide order dated 05.01.2016. Copy of the order dated 05.01.2016 has been placed on record and copy of the same has been handed over to counsel for the petitioner today in court.

At this stage, Mr. Kunal Kalra, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh petition challenging the orders dated 05.01.2016 and 12.01.2015. As prayed, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. V.P.VAISH, J JANUARY 06, 2016 hs
