% 22.02.2016 By way of present petition under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India the petitioner seeks directions to respondentsauthorities to pay salaries, arrears and other dues payable to the teachers working in the schools run by the respondents. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondents have paid the salary upto January, 2016.

Mr. Lave Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that the salary upto January, 2016 has been received, however, the other dues have not been paid.

Mr. Lave Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition with regard to any other dues. As prayed, petition is dismissed as withdrawn. V.P.VAISH, J FEBRUARY 22, 2016 rs
