% 19.02.2018 Learned counsel for the state points out that the investigation is almost complete and the charge sheet which has been prepared under the relevant provisions of the IPC and also Section 63 & 65 of the Copy Right Act is likely to be filed in the Court of competent law within a period of two weeks, if not filed already. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw her Vakalatnama. This cannot be considered in view of the submission of the learned counsel for the State.
