Transfer, under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (CPC), is sought of HMA No.143/2015 pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, South District, Saket Courts, New Delhi to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi on the ground of the petitioner along with her minor son residing closer to the East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi and on the ground of another proceedings between the parties pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi. 2.

The petition was entertained and notice of the same was ordered to be issued and the respondent appeared and sought time to file reply. 3.

However, no reply has been filed.

None appears for the respondent.

The respondent is proceeded against ex parte. 6.

For the reasons stated, the petition is allowed. 7.

The proceedings aforesaid is transferred as sought. TR.P.(C.) 3/2016

The Transferor Court to forthwith physically transfer the file to the Transferee Court.

The parties to appear before the Principal Judge, Family Court, East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi on 22nd December, 2017 when the proceeding already pending before that Court is informed to be listed. The petition is disposed of.
