W.P.tCI 981 /2016 & CM No.4303/2016 (stay) This public interest petition has been filed questioning the validity of All India Bar Examination Rules, 2010 framed by the Bar Council of India. 2.

It is represented by Sh.P.P.Singh, the learned counsel who accepted notice on behalf of the respondent No.I Bar Council of India that the Supreme Court is seized of the issue and in fact, many petitions filed in the * other High Courts assailing the said Rules have also been transferred to the Supreme Court.

Hence, we are not inclined to entertain this petition and the same is accordingly disposed of.
