O R D E R

% 05.10.2016 This petition seeks the following substantive reliefs: i) To declare the action of respondents in withholding the selection of applicants and as illegal, arbitrary and unjustified.

ii) To direct the respondents to finalize the selection process of Grade-II (DASS) post code 90/09 without any further delay.

iii) To declare the action of respondents in not issuing the final selection list for appointment to the post of DASS Grade-II as illegal and unjustified and direct the respondents to finalize the recruitment process without any further delay.

Mr. Ghose, the learned ASC for the respondents, submits that the Govt. Of NCT of Delhi had set up a committee, which comprised of the Director (Vigilance) and SDM (East) to look into the various complaints apropos the manner in which the aforesaid examination was conducted. He

further submits that the said Committee has reported that there were various irregularities in conducting the examination, and has recommended to cancel the entire selection process.

The learned counsel submits that the Government has accepted the said recommendation and fresh process has been directed to be initiated.

He has handed over a copy of the order dated 15.03.2016.

The same is taken on record.

In view of the aforesaid, the petition has become infructuous. The same is, accordingly, disposed off.
