% 08.03.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he had raised the question of treatment of the suspension period and this aspect has not been dealt with by the Tribunal.

We do not know whether the said question was raised before the Tribunal.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would withdraw the present writ petition and approach the Tribunal by way of a review.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. We, however, clarify that we have not expressed any opinion on merits and/or review.
