O R D E R

% 14.03.2016 I.A. No.3363/2016 (u/s 151 CPC, by Local Commissioner) The abovementioned application has been filed by the Local Commissioner for certain directions.

The application is disposed of with directions that the petitioner would pay a further sum of Rs.50,000/- to the Local Commissioner, as she had visited the site on 13th February, 2016, 18th February, 2016, 19th February, 2016, 20th February, 2016 and 25th February, 2016 and had spent a reasonable time in order to comply with the order dated 10th February, 2016. The said fee shall be paid by the petitioner within two weeks. The Local Commissioner has also informed that she had to spend Rs.30,000/- as

expenses towards the photographs and scanning. The said expenses shall also be paid by the petitioner against photocopy of the receipts given by the Local Commissioner. The original documents be filed in the Registry and the same be kept in a sealed cover under the supervision of the Joint Registrar of this Court.
