% 21.01.2016 It is noted that averments made in the writ petition are totally vague. As per petitioner, unauthorised construction has been raised in khasra no. 136, Narela Railway Road, Old Subzi Mandi, Delhi, which appears to be a large chunk of area. Neither the property number nor the name of the owner, where unauthorised construction has been alleged, has been given. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh petition with better particulars. Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
