O R D E R

% 08.01.2016 Petitioner is seeking parole for the purpose of filing an SLP against the judgment dated 10.7.2015 vide which his appeal has been dismissed.

Nominal roll of the petitioner has been requisitioned. This reflects that he is a convict under Sections 366/376/509/506/34 of the IPC. He has been sentenced to undergo for a maximum period of 7 years and to pay a fine of Rs.50,000/- and in default to undergo SI for 12 months. His nominal roll further reflects that as on date he has undergone incarceration of 4 1⁄2 years which included the remissions earned by him. His jail conduct is satisfactory. The status report filed by the State verified the address of the petitioner wherein it has been revealed that parents of the petitioner are residing at H.No.RZ-K-32/659, Gopal Nagar, Phase-II, Najafgarh,

New Delhi. The father of the petitioner is a retired Government servant. He is a pensioner. The petitioner is unmarried. In view of aforenoted facts, petitioner is granted parole for a period of three weeks (to be counted from the date of his release) on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendant with condition that he shall surrender forthwith on the expiry of the aforesaid period of three weeks.

Petition disposed of.

Copy of this order be sent to Jail Superintendant for intimation to the petitioner.
