CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SIDDHARTH MRIDUL

O R D E R

% 02.02.2016 The present is a petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C praying for a direction to the official respondent to release the petitioner on parole in order to enable him to prefer a Special Leave Petition before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. It is an admitted position that the petitioner does not have a local address within the National Capital Territory of Delhi. Further it is urged on his behalf that he be released only on the condition that he will deposit personal bond and cash surety.

In view of the foregoing in my view the present is not a fit case of parole.

Dismissed.
