Vide order dated 08.01.2016, the petitioner was granted three weeks parole from the date of release, on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court/CMM/Duty Magistrate. 2.

The petitioner could not furnish the required surety bond due to poverty and could not avail the benefit of the order dated 08.01.2016. 3.

In the interest of justice and considering the facts and circumstances, the surety bond is reduced to Rs.15,000/-. All other terms and conditions of the said order are left undisturbed. 4.

The application stands disposed of.
