None is present for the petitioner. None was present on behalf of petitioner even on 16.03.2017, 16.08.2017 and 02.11.2017. 2.
The parties were referred to mediation. Mediation settlement agreement dated 21.04.2017 has been placed on record. As per mediation settlement agreement, a total sum of Rs. 9.50 lakhs were agreed to be paid to the petitioner as full and final settlement of all her claims of maintenance, permanent alimony, etc. The settlement agreement records that Rs. 2 lakhs already stood paid and the balance sum of Rs. 7.50 lakhs were to be paid in three equal instalments at the time of filing of the petition for divorce by mutual consent and for quashing of FIR. 3.
None appears for the petitioner as noticed above. It appears that petitioner is no longer interested in prosecuting the case. 4.
