% 19.02.2016 The present writ petition has been filed primarily challenging the termination of petitioner's agency vide letter dated 02nd/04th August, 2014.

Today, learned counsel for the respondent-LIC states that the petitioner's agency has been reinstated with all benefits vide letter dated 10th February, 2016.
