% 14.02.2020 Review Petition No.67/2020, CM No.5958/2020 (for stay), CM No.5959/2020 (for condonation of 469 days delay in filing the Review Petition), CM No.5960/2020 (under Section 148 CPC) & CM No.5961/2020 for condonation of 18 days delay in re-filing the review petition) 1.

Review is sought by the respondent no.2 Delhi State Industrial Development Corporation (DSIDC), of the order dated 14th August, 2018 disposing of the appeal by enhancing the compensation and directing decree to be drawn up for additional amount to which the appellants had become entitled.

The counsel for the respondent no.2 / review petitioner DSIDC states that (i) the appellants have applied for execution of the decree dated 14th August, 2018 and which execution, besides against the Union of India (UOI), is also being pressed against the respondent no.2 / review petitioner DSIDC; (ii) at that stage, it was realized that the beneficiary of the subject LA.APP. 23/2016

land, post acquisition, is Delhi Development Authority (DDA) and not the respondent no.2 / review petitioner DSIDC; and, (iii) thus this review petition to so clarify.

Issue notice to the appellants and respondent no.1 also through advocate who had appeared for them, as well as to DDA through standing counsel, returnable on 20th March, 2020.
