% 08.01.2016 The petitioners have filed the present petition inter alia seeking directions to respondent No.1 to allow the petitioner to do their hawking business at the vending site Phouwarah Park, Near Boundary wall of Anglo Arabic Public School, Gate No.3, Ajmeri Gate, Delhi. He further seeks directions to respondent No.1 to grant hawking licence in compliance with law laid down in the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2014.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that Delhi Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Rules and Delhi Street Vendors

(Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Rules, 2016 have been notified.

In view of the above, Mr.Iqbal Ashraf Rahmani, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition as well as application.

As prayed, the petition as well as application are dismissed as withdrawn.
