% 08.07.2016 IA No.5308/2016 This is an application filed by the petitioner, inter alia, praying that the settlement terms as recorded in Annexure 'A' to the said application be taken on record and the petition be disposed of in terms thereof. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in terms of the settlement, the petitioner has already received a banker's cheque for a sum of Rs.9,53,69,016/- being cheque no.502390 dated 30.06.2016 drawn on Bank of India. He, accordingly, prays that the present petition be disposed of in terms of the settlement subject to realization of the aforesaid banker's cheque. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent concurs with the aforesaid request. Accordingly, the present application is allowed and the present petition (OMP 11/2016) is disposed of in terms of the settlement recorded between the parties and annexed as Annexure 'A' to the present application.
