% 05.05.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the disputes between the parties have been resolved by virtue of Deed of Settlement dated 4th March, 2016. The joint application before the sole Arbitrator was also filed by the parties.

The same was allowed by order dated 26th April, 2016. Copies of the joint application and Deed of Settlement are taken on record. In view of the above, the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition. The same is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending applications also stand disposed of. No costs.
