% 25.07.2016 The petitioners are five in number. They are stated to be squatters and the submission of the petitioners is that they are protected under Section 3 (3) of the Street Vending. Petitioner No. 1 is stated to be squatter at K.G. Marg, New Delhi; petitioner No. 2 is stated to be squatter at Dr. Rajender Prasad Road, back side of bus stand, New Delhi; petitioners No. 3 & 4 are husband and wife and they are stated to have joint squatting site at near Kendriya Sachivalaya, Metro Gate No. 3, Boat Club, Rafi Marg, Delhi. Petitioner No. 5 is stated to be squatter at Udyog Bhawan. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has documents to substantiate his submission.

On advance notice learned counsel for respondent No. 1 has put an appearance. His submission is that the grievance of the petitioner

can be addressed only by the Town Vending Committee (TVC). The TVC qua respondent No. 1 has been constituted. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the TVC for the redressal of their grievance.

No further orders are called for on this petition. It is disposed of.
