C.M. Appl. No. 7693 of 2017 seeking withdrawal of the present writ petition is allowed. As such W.P. (C) No. 12338/2015 is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition in case there is a fresh cause of action in favour of the petitioner which is not the subject matter of the present writ petition. 2.

The application and the writ petition are accordingly disposed of.
