Counsel appearing for the LAC submits that the subject matter of this writ petition being Khasra No. 537/530 measuring 13 bigha 4 biswa situated in the Revenue Estate of Village Kasoompur, Tehsil and District Delhi does not find mentioned in the Award No. 1901 dated 27th May, 1966. He submits that the effect of this would be that the land of the petitioner is not the subject matter of any acquisition.

Mr. Mathur, counsel appearing for DDA also supports the plea raised
