% 07.01.2016 The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from his client, who is also present in Court, seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition. The withdrawal of this writ petition would be without prejudice to his rights to participate in the fresh tender which has been floated.

Mr Jagjit Singh, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Northern Railway, states that the last date of submission of tender and the date of opening of the tender, which was earlier fixed as 07.01.2016, has been extended to 12.01.2016 and the petitioner may participate in the same.
