CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MANMOHAN

O R D E R

% 14.01.2016 Present writ petition has been filed challenging the orders dated 18th December, 2015 and 21st December, 2015 issued by respondent. On 30th December, 2015, this Court had recorded the voluntary statement of the counsel for Government of NCT of Delhi that it does not intend to coerce any private unaided recognised school into offering their buses for being operated under the Odd-Even Scheme. W.P.(C) 12344/2015

Today, Mr. Rahul Mehra, learned standing counsel for Govt. of NCT of Delhi states that the impugned orders were issued in context of Odd-Even Scheme in operation between 1st February, 2016 and 15th January, 2016. He states that as the said Scheme is not being extended beyond 15th January, 2016, present writ petition has become infructuous. The statement made by Mr. Rahul Mehra is accepted by this Court and Govt. of NCT of Delhi is held bound by the same. In view thereof, present writ petition and application are disposed of as infructuous. However, questions of law are left open. MANMOHAN, J JANUARY 14, 2016 rn W.P.(C) 12344/2015
