Vide the present petition under Sections 482 of the Cr P C, petitioner seeks setting aside the order dated 02.12.2015 passed by learned Trial Court whereby permission to travel abroad has been rejected.

Pursuant to the order dated 30.12.2015, CBI has filed the reply to petition.

It is not in dispute that earlier the petitioner had filed another petition being Crl.M.C.No.647/2015 for the same purpose and said petition was allowed by this Court vide order dated 26.02.2015. Thereafter, vide order dated 01.06.2015, this Court again granted permission to travel abroad for three months. Thereafter, vide order dated 03.11.2015, the petitioner was granted permission to travel abroad for two months.

After some arguments, learned counsel for petitioner has confined to the visit of petitioner for two countries namely United Kingdom and Singapore.

Keeping in view the submissions of learned counsel for petitioner, I hereby allow the petitioner to travel to UK upto 31.01.2016 and Singapore upto 28.02.2016 on the same terms and conditions as imposed by learned Trial Court vide order dated 03.11.2015.

In view of above terms, instant petition is allowed and disposed of.
