% 15.02.2017 Learned counsel for petitioner submits that matter has been settled between petitioner and complainant on 16th January, 2017 in the court of Principle Judge, Family Court, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi.

Photocopy of certified copy of settlement has been placed on record. In view of the settlement arrived in Family Courts, it is ordered that in case of arrest petitioner be released on bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer/SHO concerned.
