By way of this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of Cr.P.C., petitioner is seeking extension of parole for a further period of six weeks with effect from 3rd January, 2016. 2.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that petitioner has been released on parole on 21st November, 2015 and since then he is seeking extension. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since petitioner is suffering from kidney failure and there is no donor available for the purpose of kidney transplant, his parole may be extended further keeping in view the medical conditions of the petitioner.

In the facts and circumstances, the prayer for extension of parole is declined. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the concerned Jail Superintendent on expiry of period of parole. However, the petitioner is at liberty to seek his release on parole as and when donor is available or his W.P.(CRL) 3110/2015

medical condition so warrants. The concerned Jail Superintendent is directed to ensure that necessary medical treatment is provided to him from AIIMS where he is already undergoing treatment. He must be taken to the hospital immediately if his medical condition is deteriorated as well on the dates he is required to attend the hospital for follow up treatment. 5.

The writ petition is dismissed.
