The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.970/2015 registered under Sections 186/353/332/34 IPC at PS Vasant Kunj. Status report is on record. 2.
I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. Petitioner's counsel has placed on record orders dated 07.01.2016 in Bail Appln. Nos.26/2016 & 31/2016 of the Coordinate Bench whereby co-accused Rajeev Upadhyay and Manoj Upadhayay were granted anticipatory bail. The petitioner has joined the investigation. There is delay in lodging the FIR. Nature of injuries sustained by the victims is stated to be simple in nature. 3.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is granted anticipatory bail and in the event of arrest, he be BAIL APPLN. 2823/2015
released on furnishing personal bond in the sum of `25,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating officer. He shall, however, join the investigation as and when required.

The bail application stands disposed of.
