% 07.08.2018 After some hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition challenging the order dated 19.12.2015 of the Metropolitan Magistrate submitting that since FIR 5/2016 was registered by police station Paharganj on 02.01.2016 involving offence under Section 174 A of Indian Penal Code, 1860, he reserving the right to file a fresh petition at appropriate stage in accordance with law.

The petition and the application filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn.
