O R D E R

Smt. Shalini Arora, respondent who is present in Court, submits that she is willing to stay with her husband.

On the other hand, Mr. Anil Arora, petitioner who is present in Court, submits that he cannot take his wife to the matrimonial home as his mother resides there. He further submits that his sister who is married also visits the said home, to which the respondent raises objection. 3.

On a pointed query by this Court to the petitioner as to whether the petitioner has taken any residence on rent so that the respondent could stay with him, the answer is in negative.

This Court observes that since the respondent Smt. Shalini Arora, who is present in Court, has made a positive averment that she is willing to stay The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. with her husband, but for want of any arrangement or provision having been made by the petitioner-husband for her stay independently, it has not been possible to stay together. She further submits that she is ready to live with the petitioner-husband in the matrimonial home, to which the petitioner is not agreeable.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this Court is of the view that there is no contempt committed by the respondent. 6.
