The present application has been moved under Section 151 CPC seeking modification of directions contained in order dated 5th October, 2023. 2.
While disposing of the matter, on 5th October, 2023, this Court had also requested the learned Trial Court to make endeavour to complete the trial within six months from the next date fixed for hearing before it. 3.
I have seen the contents of the application moved by the applicant who is defendant No.2 before the learned Trial Court. 4.
The learned counsel for the respondents/plaintiffs is also present on advance notice.
