Learned Senior Counsel for the respondent states that the amount of Rs.25,000/- is not accepted by the petitioner. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the said amount be furnished, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that vide the impugned order, the learned Sessions Court has set aside the order passed by learned MM. He states upon instructions that he seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all contentions as may be available before the learned Trial court.

In view of the above, the petition along with pending applications is dismissed as withdrawn.
