Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents. 2.
Petitioner claims that he is the owner and in possession of land admeasuring Ac.1-19 guntas in Sy.No.23/E, and Ac.2-00 in Sy.No.24/AA, of Keshavaram Village, Shamirpet Mandal, MedakMalkajgiri District. The same was vested in him, by way of registered Gift Settlement Deed dated 28.01.2011. Alleging that there are certain disputes with the neighbours, petitioner made application in F-line through TSTS Ltd., to conduct survey, but so far no action is taken. Hence, this writ petition. 3.
The receipt issued by the TSTS Limited on the application to conduct survey is filed as Ex.P.4.

In view thereof, without expressing any opinion on merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the Tahsildar, to consider the application of petitioner for conducting of survey and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law, and communicate the decision to the petitioner. If the Tahsildar is in agreement to conduct survey, steps shall be taken for conducting survey. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
