When the matter was called on 05.08.2016, there was no representation for the appellants. Registry was, therefore, directed to list the matter under the caption 'for dismissal' to this day. Learned counsel for respondent No.2, ofcourse, represented the matter.

Today also, there is no representation for the appellants.
