It is represented by the learned counsel for the respondents that a counter affidavit is filed.

After perusing the counter affidavit, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this contempt case which arises out of an order in W.P.No.16811 of 2009, dated 29.04.2014, wherein respondent Nos.1 to 3 were directed to consider the notice dated 12.02.2009 and 03.08.2009 and pass appropriate orders.
