HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.97 OF 2019 O R D E R:

The prayer of the petitioner in this case reads as under: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the petitioners herein pray that this Hon'ble court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order, or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.3 herein in not mutating the concerned revenue records byway of incorporating the name of the petitioner and in not issuing the e-pattadar pass books and title deeds in respect of land admeasuring Ac.0.19 guntas under Survey No.82/Part, situated at Banda Madharam Village, Medhcal Mandal, Medhcal-Malkajgiri District, on his application dated 05.10.

2017 as illegal, arbitrary, unjust, unconstitutional and in violtive of principles of natural justice and also contrary to the provisions of Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Boks Act, 1971 and consequently, direct renascent No.3 to consider the application of the petitioner dated 05.10.2017 for mutation in respect of the subject property, after following the procedure strictly in accordance with law and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit, just and proper in the circumstances of the case."

As the record bears out that the petitioner made a representation in the prescribed format as provided under the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Medhcal Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, to take appropriate action on the petitioner's application dated 05.10.2017 in accordance with law. This exercise shall be completed expeditiously and in any event, not later than two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
