Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents are present.

In fact, the very suit itself was dismissed with costs on 11.10.2017, having given notice to the parties and the learned counsel and then pronounced the judgment.

Therefore, the present Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
